Dr. Chavis is in private practice in psychiatry in Manhattan and Scarsdale, New York. He is board-certified in psychiatry and medical orgonomy. He received his M.D. degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his psychiatric residency at Jacobi Hospital, Bronx, New York. He is a Member of the American College of Orgonomy, Editor of the Journal of Orgonomy, and Secretary of the Board of Regents of the American College of Orgonomy.
